I'm inspired by high performers. They achieve greatness and show us what is possible.  I seek to learn from those at the top of their game every day. My work as a coach reminds me that we are all capable of remarkable feats - it just requires mental training.  Just as we can transform our bodies through physical exercises to gain strength, so too can we transform our minds through consistent exercises that challenge our mindset and limiting beliefs and build our vision and confidence. I'm on a mission to help athletes and those seeking high performance to unlock their highest potential through physical and mental fitness.

I live in Westport, CT with my husband. We have three exceptional sons and two energetic dogs.
